AML / KYC
1. Perform an AML check of your address using one of the following services: Rapira or CoinKYT (also available on BestChange).
2. Provide the verification results to the operator in the online chat on the website or in Telegram.
3. Wait for the operator's approval (or rejection) of your address for transactions on the website.
1.1 Service Provider – LuckyChange exchange service.
1.2 Customer – user who has used the service.
1.3 High-risk criteria that may be detected during AML verification: Mixer, Sanctions, Ransom, Gambling, Scam, Malware, Dark Market, Dark Service, Stolen Coins, Terrorism Financing, Fraudulent Exchange, Illegal Service, Child Exploitation, Fraud Shop, Enforcement Action, High-Risk Jurisdiction, Special Measures, Online Pharmacy.
1.4 The Service Provider following to the principles of anti-money laundering (AML) and customer due diligence (KYC) in order to minimize the risks of fraud and illegal transactions.
1.5 The Service Provider will never enter into any agreement with a natural or legal person suspected or directly involved in money laundering or in case it is known that the funds were obtained as a result of illegal activities.
1.6 The Service Provider does not provide additional services to analyze the future transaction and does not answer the Customer's questions related to the possible risk of the exchange transaction or conversion of funds.
1.6.1 Customer is responsible for the purity of his funds
1.6.2 In case of doubts about the purity of funds, the Customer should independently check the degree of risk on open specialized sites or on the sites provided by the Service Provider upon request.
2.1 The Service Provider uses professional systems of the Rapira and Heleket, also CoinKYT and GetBlock for automatic AML verification of all transactions in accordance with international standards for combating money laundering and the financing of terrorism (AML/CFT). Rapira exchange and Heleket processing are licensed providers and their AML filters comply with international standards.
2.2. If a link to high-risk assets of at least 0.1% (see section 1.3 for a list of criteria) or a total risk of at least 30% is detected, the transaction is suspended and the Client is required to undergo KYC verification to obtain a refund.
2.3 KYC verification is performed automatically by the Service Provider using a specialized third-party service Didit. The processing of the Customer's personal data for KYC purposes is carried out under the terms and conditions of the Verification Service Provider's privacy policy.
2.3.1 To complete KYC, the Customer must provide current and accurate identification documents (usually a passport or driver's license) and, upon request, provide a selfie (selfie video) to confirm their presence and compliance with the provided document.
2.4 The Service Provider reserves the right, based on the verification results received from the Verification Service Provider, to: refund the user's funds; or request additional documents or information.
3.1 Refund is possible only after successful KYC verification (clause 2.2).
3.2 If the Customer fails to pass the KYC verification within 14 calendar days after the blocking, the funds are transferred to the full possession of the Service Provider without the possibility of return.
3.3 In case of successful KYC verification, the Service Provider is obliged to return the funds to the Customer to the sender's address (executed within 24 hours) or to any other address (executed within 10 days) at the Customer's request.
3.4 Refunds are issued in full, minus actual costs incurred, including the transaction fee and associated expenses. The deduction does not exceed 5% of the request amount and is limited to the equivalent of $100.
3.5 Refund is impossible if the assets have been requested by competent authorities and other agencies of any jurisdiction, as the blocked asset can be used as material evidence in a case.
4.1. The Service Provider is not responsible for the use of the service for illegal purposes (legalization of criminal proceeds, terrorism financing, etc.).
4.2. The service provider is not responsible for any damage caused by the actions of third parties using the service
5.1 The Customer confirms that they have been informed of the right to conduct a preliminary AML verification before creating an order. If the Customer refuses to conduct such verification or ignores the request to provide it, the Customer assumes all risks of potential freezing (blocking) of funds by law enforcement authorities, payment systems, or the service itself, as well as the risks of transaction rejection. The Contractor shall not be liable for the consequences of using unverified addresses.
5.2 The preliminary verification shall be performed by the Customer using the AML analyzer of the Rapira exchange, the CoinKYT service, or other tools recommended by the Contractor.
5.3 The Customer has the right to provide the Contractor with screenshots, statements, or other forms of verification results via online chat (Telegram, website chat, or another agreed communication channel).
5.4 Based on the results received, the Contractor shall make a decision: approve the Customer's address for further transactions or reject it.
