1. General Provisions

1.1 Service Provider- LuckyChange exchange service.

1.2 Customer - a user who has used the services of the service.

1.4 Service Provider adheres to the principles of anti-money laundering (AML) and customer due diligence (KYC) in order to minimize the risks of fraud and illegal transactions.

1.5 The Service Provider will never enter into any agreement with a natural or legal person suspected of or directly involved in money laundering or where it is known that funds have been obtained as a result of illegal activities.

1.6 The Service Provider does not provide additional services to analyze the future transaction and does not answer the Customer's questions related to the possible risk of the exchange transaction or conversion of funds.

1.6.1 The Client is responsible for the purity of his funds

1.6.2 In case of doubts about the purity of funds, the Client should independently check the degree of risk on open specialized sites or on the sites provided by the Service Provider upon request.

1.7 By making an exchange, the Customer confirms agreement to the Terms of Service and AML/KYC policy.

2. AML/KYC Procedures

2.1. The Service Provider shall use the automated risk assessment system (Rapira AML) to identify suspicious transactions. If a total risk of at least 40% or the presence of at least one of the high risk criteria (see clause 2.2 for the list of criteria) of at least 0.01% is detected, the transaction is suspended and the Customer is offered to undergo KYC verification for refund.

2.3 KYC check requirements:

Record a good quality video selfie of yourself holding your passport close to your face. The passport details must be clearly visible and legible. Then without interrupting the recording, demonstrate the wallet or account from which the funds were sent. The hash of the transaction and the sender's wallet address must be clearly visible on the video.
Screenshots, photos, screen recordings are not accepted.
Demonstration of the transaction in the blockchain instead of the wallet or account from which the funds were sent is not accepted.

3. Return of assets that have not passed AML verification

3.1 Return is possible only after successful KYC verification (clause 2.3).

3.2. In case the customer has not provided the requested data within 14 calendar days after the blocking, the funds are transferred to the full possession of the Service Provider.

3.3. In case of successful KYC verification, the Service Provider returns the funds to the Customer to the sender's address (within 24 hours) or to another address (up to 10 days) at the Customer's request.

3.4. Refund is not possible if the assets have been requested by competent authorities and other agencies of any jurisdiction, in which case the blocked asset may be held as material evidence in a case.

4. Force Majeure

4.1. The Service Provider is not responsible for the use of the service for illegal purposes (legalization of criminal proceeds, terrorism financing, etc.).

4.2. The service provider is not responsible for any damage caused by the actions of third parties using the service
